Rosneft has begun exporting from Vostok Oil

The first cargo was loaded on 5 September at Sever Bay, a purpose-built terminal at the mouth of the Yenisei fed by a new 790-kilometre pipeline rated at 100 million tonnes a year, with President Vladimir Putin giving the order by video link.

The wreck of a Turkish coastal freighter has been located

An ROV deployed from a naval salvage tug confirmed the identity of the Tugberk Imamoglu some 900 metres down in the Sea of Marmara, a week after she was lost in a collision with a product tanker south of Silivri.
