Volume pricing
Volume pricing kicks in above 5 seats. Most shipyard, broker, and port agency customers run between 4 and 12 seats per office. Send us a seat count and we’ll send back a quote on the same business day. See the contact form.
Fleet and enterprise terms
Fleet scale teams (12+ seats, several regions, or shared API throughput) get a custom contract. The add-ons that ship with enterprise include single sign-on (SSO via SAML or OIDC), custom DPA terms, longer audit log retention, dedicated workspace provisioning, and named support contacts on top of the standard 24/7 human support line.
What is not extra
API access, audit log, CSV export, and the full vessel dossier are included on every plan. There is no “starter” tier that hides the data layer behind upsell. The same platform that ships at 1 seat is the platform that ships at 30. Read the full feature list for what every seat includes.
Contract terms
Billed month to month. No long term lock in, cancel any time. We do not run multi-year contracts or annual commits. If Vessel Hunter stops earning its keep for your team, you stop paying. We have found that this aligns incentives better than the alternative.
Onboarding
Live in under 24 hours. The standard onboarding is: a workspace is provisioned for your team, your fleet list is loaded (either uploaded from CSV or built collaboratively from filters), and a short kickoff call walks through watchlists, alerts, and the contact layer. No implementation fee, no services engagement.

Is there a free trial? Yes, talk to us. Trials are arranged account by account with a defined fleet scope and a defined success metric, so both sides know what they’re measuring.
Do you accept RFPs driven by procurement? Yes. Send the questionnaire, the security review, the DPA, and the SOC 2 trust report request to contact@vesselhunter.io.
What currencies? USD is the list price. EUR and GBP invoicing is available on request.
