How contact credits work
A credit is what one reveal costs. Searching, monitoring vessels and reading dossiers never spend credits. You only spend one at the moment you unlock a person’s email or direct phone number, so your credits go exactly as far as the contacts you actually decide to open.

Common questions
- How does team pricing work?
- Every tier is priced per user, per month, and volume seats are banded rather than a flat discount: 10% from 5, 15% from 10, 20% from 25 users, and negotiated from fifty. Set the headcount on the seat control at checkout and the band comes off the price there and then. Most yards, suppliers, brokers, and port agents run 4 to 12 users per office. For a team the checkout does not cover, send us a headcount and we send back a quote the same business day.
- What is a contact credit?
- A credit is what you spend to reveal a verified contact. Two credits reveal an email, ten reveal a direct phone number. Maritime has no contact intelligence and no credits. Maritime + Contacts includes 1,000 credits per user each month, and Unlimited includes unlimited reveals. Need more? Add a monthly credit pack from €13.99 and re-size it any month with the slider above. Credits reset each cycle and unused credits do not roll over. Extra credits you add mid-cycle expire at the end of that same billing period, so buying a pack late in your cycle leaves less time to spend it. Reveals activate after a short compliance review.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Trials are arranged account by account with a defined fleet scope and a success metric, so both sides know what they are measuring. Talk to us to set one up.
- Which currencies, and is VAT included?
- Switch between EUR, USD, SGD, AED, INR, IDR, and MYR with the toggle above the plans. Each one is a fixed list price, not a conversion, so the figure does not move between this page and your invoice. Checkout opens in the currency you picked here and charges exactly that amount, with no conversion fee on top. All prices exclude VAT. Dutch customers are charged 21% Dutch VAT, and businesses elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.
- What are the contract terms?
- Billed month to month by default, cancel any time. Prefer to prepay? A 12-month plan saves 10% on the tier price. Capacity you add month to month, such as extra tracked vessels and credit packs, stays at list so you can re-size it freely. No multi-year lock-in either way.
- How fast is onboarding, and do you handle procurement?
- Live in under 24 hours: we provision your workspace, load your fleet from CSV or filters, and run a short kickoff. No setup fee. For procurement, send the questionnaire, security review, DPA, and SOC 2 trust report request to contact@vesselhunter.io.
