- How does team pricing work?
- Both plans are priced per user, per month. The first user is the list price and additional users are 15% off, so a desk pays less per head as it grows. Most yards, suppliers, brokers, and port agents run 4 to 12 users per office. Send us a headcount and we send back a quote the same business day.
- What is a contact credit?
- A credit is what you spend to reveal a verified contact. Two credits reveal an email, ten reveal a direct phone number. Professional includes 2,000 credits per user each month and Business includes 3,500. Need more? Add a monthly credit pack from $14.99 and re-size it any month with the slider above. Credits reset each cycle and unused credits do not roll over. Extra credits you add mid-cycle expire at the end of that same billing period, so buying a pack late in your cycle leaves less time to spend it. Reveals activate after a short compliance review.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Trials are arranged account by account with a defined fleet scope and a success metric, so both sides know what they are measuring. Talk to us to set one up.
- Which currencies, and is VAT included?
- Switch between USD, EUR, SGD, AED, INR, IDR, and MYR with the toggle above the plans. Local prices convert from USD at a fixed reference rate and hold steady between cycles. All prices exclude VAT, and EU businesses are reverse-charged. Other currencies on request.
- What are the contract terms?
- Billed month to month by default, cancel any time. Prefer to prepay? A 12-month plan saves about 16%, roughly two months free. No multi-year lock-in either way. If Vessel Hunter stops earning its keep for your team, you stop paying.
- How fast is onboarding, and do you handle procurement?
