MOL's SeaLoading extends Shell Brazil role for offloading vessel
SeaLoader 1 stays on offshore crude transfer duty off Brazil

MOL Group's SeaLoading has won a longer-term role with Shell Brazil for its SeaLoader 1 cargo transfer vessel, used to offload crude oil directly from FPSOs off Brazil.
SeaLoader 1 has served TotalEnergies EP Brazil since 2020 and began working for Shell in 2025, with the extension following Shell's own assessment of the technology; the vessel's clients also include OSMT Brazil. SeaLoading's two cargo transfer vessels in Brazil have now completed more than 200 offloading operations, with MOL pointing to the approach's benefits in cutting greenhouse gas emissions and optimising logistics.
