Integrated Wind Solutions boosts 2026 backlog with new charter awards
Fresh CSOV commitments add about 120 days and EUR6m to IWS Fleet's backlog, lifting 2026 charter cover to 94%.
Commissioning service operation vessel (CSOV) owner Integrated Wind Solutions has lined up additional work for its Skywalker-class fleet.
The company said an undisclosed new "Tier 1 client" had chartered a Skywalker-class CSOV to bridge the gap between two of IWS Fleet's already-fixed charters in the third quarter of 2026. Separately, an existing client has exercised an extension option on one vessel in the fourth quarter. The vessels involved were not named.
Together, the commitments add roughly 120 days and around EUR6m ($6.8m) to the 2026 charter backlog. With those additions, 94% of available days across the final three quarters of 2026 are now contracted, including extension options.
IWS Fleet operates six Skywalker-class vessels: the IWS Skywalker, IWS Windwalker, IWS Seawalker, IWS Starwalker, IWS Moonwalker and IWS Sunwalker.
