Worker killed as containers topple at Nhava Sheva in storm
Boxes fell from an anchored ship onto trucks during heavy rain

One worker was killed and another injured at India's Nhava Sheva Freeport Terminal on Monday when containers toppled from an anchored ship during a storm.
Amid heavy rain and gusty winds, four empty containers fell from an anchored boxship, reported as the 4,235 teu Dalian, onto two trucks, including a hazardous-waste collection vehicle, at the terminal within Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority in Uran. The workers had been carrying out waste-oil removal from anchored vessels and were trapped beneath a fallen container.
The port authority suspended operations for an investigation and police procedures, with the wider Navi Mumbai area hit by heavy rainfall and flooding that night.
